Is Foot Pain Keeping You From Running?
"What originally brought me in was pain that I was having in my heel. I had it for several weeks after running a half marathon. I thought it was going to go away but it didn’t. It turns out, after the doctor took x-rays, I had bone spurs in my left heel. So we started with the laser treatment and after the first treatment, immediately I felt my heel a lot looser with a lot less pain. After every treatment, it’s gotten better and better every time.
I used to have a sharp stabbing pain when I’d wake up in the morning, when I first started to walk, and that has started to subside substantially. After I would be sitting for a long period of time and get up and walk, I would have pain in my heel, and that’s starting to go away. So I’ve done a couple treatments now, almost done and I’ve noticed a big difference in the pain level in my heel and it doesn’t hurt as much to walk anymore."
